Cancellation & Refund Policy
At COZLYN, we want every customer to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you need to cancel an order, request a return, or exchange a product, please read the guidelines below to understand how the process works.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled before they are packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

You may cancel your order through your Shopify account using the order management section.

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email to request cancellation.
If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
After Dispatch / During Delivery
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled through the website.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. The parcel will then be sent back to our warehouse and handled under our return process.
2. Returns (After Delivery)
COZLYN provides a 7-day return window starting from the date the product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

The product should be returned in the same condition as received
Please note that cash refunds are not provided. Approved returns are issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Some product categories may be excluded from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.
3. Easy Return Guarantee
At COZLYN, our goal is simple:
Wear Cozy. Wear Comfort.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or refund in store credit.
No explanation is required.
Most returns are arranged through a reverse pickup service by our logistics partner. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product to our designated return facility.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange within the 7-day return period from the delivery date.
Exchanges are possible for:

The same product style

A different size or color

Items of the same price (subject to availability)
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team and mention that you would like to replace the item instead of returning it.
Once the request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 days.
5. Refund Procedure
After we receive the returned product at our facility, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
If the product passes inspection, the refund will be issued as store credit that can be used for future purchases on the COZLYN website.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Certain products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
These include:

7. Policy Changes
COZLYN reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated policy becomes effective. The policy active at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
