At COZLYN, we want every customer to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you need to cancel an order, request a return, or exchange a product, please read the guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be canceled before they are packed and dispatched.
  • You may cancel via your Shopify account or by contacting our Customer Support.
  • If canceled successfully, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

After Dispatch / During Delivery

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled via the website.
  • You may refuse the delivery, and the order will be returned to our warehouse.

2. Returns (After Delivery)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in original condition

Note: Refunds are not provided in cash. Approved returns are issued as store credit.

3. Easy Return Guarantee

  • Return eligible products within 7 days
  • Get replacement, exchange, or store credit
  • No explanation required

Most returns are handled via reverse pickup. If unavailable, customers may need to ship the product to our return facility.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days.

Exchange is allowed for:

  • Same product style
  • Different size or color
  • Items of the same price (subject to availability)

Approved exchanges are dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 days.

5. Refund Procedure

  • Returned items are inspected by our quality team
  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Final sale items include:

  • Clothing items
